Smash veteran and American Idol runner-up Katharine McPhee was announced last month as the next star of Broadway's Waitress. She begins performances as Jenna at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre on April 10, staying for a limited run through June 17. However, the production is graciously previewing McPhee's Broadway debut with a recording of her rendition of "She Used to Be Mine," the 11 o'clock number of Sara Bareilles's Tony-nominated score.
