Greg Pierce brings his new play Cardinal to Second Stage for its world-premiere production, directed by Kate Whoriskey. Anna Chlumksy stars as Lydia, a woman who concocts a plan to reinvigorate her failing Rust Belt town. But when another entrepreneur co-opts the scheme for his own benefit, a cultural and economic rivalry ensues.
