Mandy Gonzalez makes her Feinstein's at the Nikko debut with music from her first CD Fearless, featuring the songs that have inspired and influenced Mandy as an artist. Before moving to NYC to work on Broadway, Gonzalez was a backup singer for Bette Midler's Millennium Tour in 1999-2000. She made her Broadway debut in 2001 as Princess Amneris standby for Idina Menzel in the Elton John-Tim Rice musical Aida. Mandy starred as Nina Rosario in in Lin-Manuel Miranda's Tony Award-winning musical In the Heights after creating the role in the show's off-Broadway production for which she received a Drama Desk Award. Gonzalez then performed the role of Elphaba in Wicked, winning the Broadway.com Audience Award for Best Female Replacement. Mandy can now be seen as Angelica Schuyler in Lin-Manuel Miranda's other Tony Award-winning musical Hamilton.
